Analysers love the finer details.
Using this style isn’t about dotting all the i’s + crossing all the t’s, although many people who enjoy the finer details may find themselves within this style.
The plan+do styles are a combination of your personality + planning + productivity styles that shows you what kind of planner pages work best + how to get things done in
the most productive way
Analysers aren’t just into the nitty gritty details, although many who enjoy the finer points may be.
enjoy sorting through the options
methodical progress = problems solved
for the most efficient solution
You’re a results seeker + thinker. You enjoy sorting through the issue + developing theories.
Analysers love nothing better than making methodical progress to tick off the tasks to see a problem solved. You have an incredible ability to use time effectively.
Often times you find yourself pushing the boundaries to see if there’s a more efficient solution. You find it difficult to accept something … just because.
Questions for you often start with “What about …?”
When you can structure your day that lays out the path to success, you focus better.
detailed plans leads to success
highest value tasks early
divide the project and conquer
Because of your incredible ability to effectively use time + the way you like to dive into the details, how you plan your day will look different too.
Give yourself the gift of focus + space to create a day that works with you. A prioritised day is your secret for efficiency.
Ideally you like to work on the tasks of highest value first. With the details planned out, small chunks of time is all you need to do what needs to be done.
Eliminating clutter, both mentally and physically, helps to keep you from getting stuck or distracted.
For example you may organise specific times for activity in your days :
- First in your day – highest value task in your peak productive time
- Late morning – email + phone calls
- Early afternoon – research, admin + errands
- Last – confirm the following day’s schedule
If you are having a themed week, focusing on a particular project, you may like to divide your days into different parts of the project and use that early morning energy burst.
You don’t have to have your own business or a career to take advantage of theme weeks, days + batching. They work great for the most important job in the world too, parenting!
And just like your schedule, you love lots of space for the details in your planner.
space to focus
document the details to do what matters
extra note pages to capture details
detail all that needs to be done
As a Analyser you can make incredible things happen simply with your favourite pen.
To have an overview of what’s happening + when you enjoy using a single snapshot of the year and single monthly pages.
Make sure you have plenty of grid or note pages in your planner to capture those important details. You may even like to add some to the reverse side of your day + month pages.
With a daily page + a master todo list you’ll have the all the space you need to focus on what matters.
If you are coordinating a larger family or mixing personal + business together you may prefer a double month spread with your master todo list.
Clear your mind with a weekly meeting. They are great for families too. Write down everything that needs your attention for the coming week. A side bonus is that now everyone else knows what they are responsible for. Your mind can be used for other details instead of trying to remember so many things for yourself + others.
Either the night before or early that morning list the top three things you need to do for the day. And if you have time to spare after these are done you know you can go to your master todo list to find what’s next.
The master list is also helpful when things pop into your mind while working on other tasks. No need to be interrupted or concerned that you’ll forget it later. Simply write them on the master todo list + you can get right back to it.

I absolutely LOVE my planner and the fact that it fits into my life, rather than I fit into it. I'd be lost without my planner now. It's the best!
I've actually been using the Burst since 2017 and I absolutely love it. I've tried countless productivity and to do list and planning apps over the years, I gave up and went back to a paper planner!
Thanks sooo much, Jacqui!! I really love the planner. I've used it for the third year now 🙂 And now I can use it for the fourth time also.
I know what it feels like to spend more time organising what needs to be done, than actually getting things done and feeling frustrated at the lack of progress.
Here at WhiteSpace Design Studio we know you are the kind of person who wants to plan your day with confidence, be more productive + have a better work-life balance.
To do that you need a planner designed just for you.
The problem is ...
most planners only come with one specific page style and layout that you have to adapt to which makes you feel like something’s wrong with you.
The reason you’re stuck in the planning loop, that is spending more time organising what needs to be done, instead of actually getting things done, is that there’s no one size fits all solution. And I understand that you need a planner that’s versatile to work the way you do + flexible to change with your needs.
That’s why I created FUSElife Planners so you could mix + match to create a personal planner that’s designed just for YOU!
So don't waste any more time or money, buy a FUSElife Planner Kit and create a planner that's designed just for you so you can be more productive and enjoy getting things done.
