The plan+do styles are a combination of your personality + planning + productivity styles that shows you what kind of planner pages work best + how to get things done in
the most productive way
for YOU!

passionate about relationships

comfortable going with your gut

encouraging others to stay the course
You anticipate the needs + feelings of others. You intuitively know what needs to be done. You tend to go with your gut when making decisions.
Expressive’s love nothing better than to make sure everyone is ok. You’re a cheerleader, encouraging others to stay the course + see the job done.
Questions for you often start with “Who is …?” or “Who can …?”

check in with others regularly

work with your energy levels

avoid boredom and get things done
Like the Creative, a tightly scheduled day doesn’t bring you peace or joy like it does for others.
Ideally you like to work with blocks of time for your projects + tasks. This allows you to divide your day to match your energy + do what needs to be done.
Having specific task blocks in your day works great. You can match your work to your energy which helps to keep you from getting bored or distracted.
For example you may organise your days with:
- Morning – plan, research + create
- Afternoon – admin, errands + connect with people
- Evening – family, social + me time
You don’t have to have your own business or a career to take advantage of time blocks + batching. They work great for the most important job in the world too, parenting!

connect people + plans together

scattered notes or grid pages throughout

connect with and care for others
With a weekly page for a little structure and master todo list, you’ll have the space you crave while being able to focus on what matters.
If you are coordinating a larger family or mixing personal + business together you may prefer a double week spread with your master todo list.
And just like your schedule, you benefit from additional space. Add some grid or note pages on the reverse side of your month and weekly pages throughout your planner.
Connect people + tasks with a weekly meeting. They are great for families too. Write down everything that needs your attention for the coming week.
Either the night before or early that morning list the top three things you need to do or people to connect with for the day. And if you have time to spare after these are done you can check in with your master todo list for what’s next.
When things pop into your mind simply write it on the master todo list. Even though you’d love to chat to them straight away, with it written down you don’t need to be concerned that you’ll forget about it later.
As a Expressive you enjoy a little colour in your planner. Colour coding schedules + tasks is half the planning fun!

Each Planner Kit comes with a Tip Guide with recipes for all the plan+do styles using that kit.
These examples are from the Splash Kit.

Year D gives you space to plot the big picture of the people + pieces of your year.
#tip : Using some thin washi tape is a fun + creative way of blocking in holidays, trips + other events.
Month B has plenty of space to map out what’s happening for the month, combining personal, business + family.
You can also use Month F and create a hanging wall calendar.
#tip : Write family member’s name or life categories on the lines for easy planning.
Week A is perfect for noting your most important tasks for the day.
Again if you need that extra space, then Week B or C suits your style of planning across two pages.
#tip : Use the first column of both the month + week pages to list family members or activities, + using different coloured pens for each let’s you quickly see what’s on for everyone.
And if your looking for a bit more space each day, then Today E is perfect for noting your most important tasks + to map out what’s happening in the different sections of your day. Plus there’s space for tracking things like meals, focus, gratitude + habits.

plan your day
with confidence

I absolutely LOVE my planner and the fact that it fits into my life, rather than I fit into it. I'd be lost without my planner now. It's the best!
I've actually been using the Burst since 2017 and I absolutely love it. I've tried countless productivity and to do list and planning apps over the years, I gave up and went back to a paper planner!
Thanks sooo much, Jacqui!! I really love the planner. I've used it for the third year now 🙂 And now I can use it for the fourth time also.
I know what it feels like to spend more time organising what needs to be done, than actually getting things done and feeling frustrated at the lack of progress.
Here at WhiteSpace Design Studio we know you are the kind of person who wants to plan your day with confidence, be more productive + have a better work-life balance.
To do that you need a planner designed just for you.
The problem is ...
most planners only come with one specific page style and layout that you have to adapt to which makes you feel like something’s wrong with you.
The reason you’re stuck in the planning loop, that is spending more time organising what needs to be done, instead of actually getting things done, is that there’s no one size fits all solution. And I understand that you need a planner that’s versatile to work the way you do + flexible to change with your needs.
That’s why I created FUSElife Planners so you could mix + match to create a personal planner that’s designed just for YOU!
So don't waste any more time or money, buy a FUSElife Planner Kit and create a planner that's designed just for you so you can be more productive and enjoy getting things done.
